Delivery Policy

• Under normal circumstances we ship stock parts on the same day for all orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Monday thru Friday.  Fabricated parts are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.  Any parts that require fabrication and painting will be shipped within 5 business days.  Restrictions may apply, including, but not limited to, inventory of stocked parts and unforeseen events.
• We will begin processing any new orders placed during weekends, holidays, or after 2:00 PM Eastern on the next normal business day.
• UPS Ground is used as our primary shipping method, which takes approximately 5 business days from the time shipment leaves Mickey Truck Bodies.  You may also specify alternative UPS shipping methods as outlined on our Order Form.
• If the parts ordered exceed UPS requirements in terms of length, girth, or weight, we will ship via our freight carrier, C.H. Robinson.  Based on the large variation in the size and weight of any given order, the exact shipment time can only be provided after we process the order.  Mickey Truck Bodies will provide email notification when the order ships and an estimated arrival date.  Mickey Truck Bodies will calculate actual shipping costs and applicable taxes; your credit card will be charged in a single transaction after we process your order.
